Workshop preparation You fill in the ideation sheet and the company information. ### 2. AI discovery workshop We settle who takes part, arrange the on-site date and prepare the use-case template. ### 3. Technical setup We agree on admins and contacts, finalise the setup and fix the go-live date. ### 4.
