  I am Assistant Vice President, Director of Computational Genomics & Medicine at NorthShore University HealthSystem. I am also Associate Professor (Biostatistics, part-time) in the Department of Public Health Sciences at The University of Chicago, and Adjunct Associate Professors of Biostatistcs at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. I am an NIH-funded PI focusing on innovative computational and statistical methods for translational cancer research. My research website at http://compgenome.org is home to some interdisciplinary research projects and tools. I currently work on big-data in cancer genomics and Bayesian adaptive designs for innovative clinical trials. My publication ranges across four disciplines, statistics (JASA), bioinformatics (Bioinformatics), biology (Nature Methods), and medicine (JNCI and JCO).
