What would you like us to know about you?
I am a PhD Researcher with the Space & Atmospheric Physics Group at Imperial College London and is also part of the Grantham Institute’s Doctoral Training Program – Science & Solutions for a Changing Planet.
My academic work is all about motion in the ocean. How does plastic trash float and pollute across continents? How is heat, once absorbed by the atmosphere, transported and stored in the deep ocean? I use a wide range of observations – from satellite data to GPS-tracked buoys – alongside numerical models to predict the ocean currents and their impacts.
Outreach and education – what I love taking part in the most, whether it be on my topic or not.
