  My lab lab aims to understand the dynamics of cellular state transitions and fate decisions during development and in cancer. We use synthetic biology, single-molecule imaging and single-cell analysis to study stem cells and other systems. We also develop new mathematical frameworks and theoretical tools to gain insight into high-dimensional single-cell data sets.
