Will Kearney is a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Virginia. He obtained a Ph.D. from Boston University in 2018. His research interests lie in wetland hydrodynamics and sediment transport, and he now working to characterize the connections between small-scale turbulent phenomena and large-scale fluxes of water and sediment in the salt marshes of the Virginia Coast Reserve Long Term Ecological Research site.
