What would you like us to know about you?
I am a computer scientist and interested in developing and applying machine learning, mainly deep learning techniques, to support diagnosis based on images. Currently I am working on deep multi-graph learning for structured data (images, molecules, etc.). By designing deep learning neural networks, we came on top 1 (out of 23 teams) when taking part in ImageCLEF competition in 2017 on classification of 5 TB types from CT lung images and ranked 14/36 last year for scoring TB severity. I also have experience working on brain imaging (MR, CT, PET) when I worked in Wolfson Brain Imaging Centre in University of Cambridge.
