  I am a Lecturer in Medical Image Computing, University of Leeds. I can provide detailed technical support from AI perspective to the proposed projects. In the past, I have developed a brain tumour growth model personalization from multi-modality MRI images, segmenting and registering them into a normal atlas (GLISTR, cited 140). My recent works include a Bayesian framework to classify breast lesions in ultrasound images, as well as attribute learning for melanoma in dermoscopy images using deep learning that won the first prize in the ISIC/MICCAI Challenge 2018. I am particularly interested in exploiting deep learning to identify novel meta-data (genomics, hereditary, lifestyle, smoking, obesity) informed imaging biomarkers that could be used for early detection of cancer.
