What would you like us to know about you?
My philosophy, or my goal, is to unite evidence-based medicine, patient-centred care, digital technology, community empowerment and design thinking into a single approach for the practice of medicine and public health.
I have degrees in medicine and behavioural neuroscience from the University of Cambridge. I have been a practising medical doctor in the UK for two years. Nine months ago I launched an independent digital health initiative, Vesalian, to design digital tools to facilitate communication between clinicians and patients about clinical evidence of pros and cons of first line treatments for a range of common conditions. I have interned at WHO in Geneva, the UK Department of Health, Public Health Laboratory Ivo Di Carneri in Tanzania and have founded two healthcare related social enterprises in the UK.
