Your systems.
One HUB.

HUB.KI works where your data lives – in Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, GitHub and more.

  • Native connectors
  • Model Context Protocol
  • 100% EU hosting

Not another tool.
One hub for everything.

HUB.KI is not another tool on the pile – it is the hub that connects your existing systems and makes them smart.

HUB.KI connects to the systems you already use. Bring in your existing tools and let skills and workflows work inside them.

All integrations
at a glance

Skills and workflows read knowledge from your systems and get work done in them – with the permissions you give them.

As of October 2026

We set up connectors marked “On request” for your organisation when you need them – talk to us.

Drafting and sending email

A workflow reads incoming requests, puts draft replies straight into your mailbox and sends them when you say so.

Minuting Teams meetings

The Meetings app captures meetings in Teams, recognises the speakers and produces a summary and draft minutes.

Google Workspace

Mail, calendar, documents and meetings.

  • Gmail On request
  • Google Calendar On request
  • Google Docs On request
  • Google Sheets On request

Asking your own documentation

Confluence spaces, Notion pages, Drive folders or SharePoint libraries are connected as knowledge sources. Skills answer questions about policies, processes and projects on that basis – instead of someone digging through folders.

Onboarding new staff

A skill with access to handbooks and process descriptions answers the questions of the first weeks – at any time, and as current as the source.

Projects & collaboration

Tickets, issues and team communication.

  • Jira Available
  • Slack On request
  • Asana On request

IT support with qualified tickets

Repositories, issues and pull requests.

  • GitHub Available
  • GitLab On request
  • Bitbucket On request
  • Azure DevOps On request
  • Sentry On request

From issue to pull request

A development workflow turns issues into technical requirements, implements them in code and submits the result as a pull request for review – through controlled commits.

Code reviews

Existing pull requests are checked for security, performance and consistency; remarks land as comments right on the diff.

Industry and
line-of-business systems

There is no ready-made connector to switch on for these systems. We connect them during the project through their interfaces – via REST API or MCP, tailored to your processes.

  • Zendesk Customer service
  • Personio HR
  • DATEV Tax & accountancy
  • Odoo ERP for mid-sized companies
  • Shopware Retail & e-commerce

Sales: from customer call to CRM

The Meetings app records the call, a workflow sums up needs and next steps and files them as a note on the contact in the CRM.

HR: questions about leave and policies

A skill answers recurring staff questions based on your policies and the data in the HR system – HR only sees what genuinely needs a decision.

Your system is missing? Write to us – we’ll connect more systems for you. If it has an interface, that’s usually possible.

Connecting your
own systems

In-house software, specialist applications and databases: three ways to connect them to HUB.KI.

REST API

Your applications talk to HUB.KI through the open REST API – for example to call a workflow from inside a specialist application and process the result there.

MCP

The Model Context Protocol turns systems into tools that skills and workflows use deliberately. If a system already ships an MCP server, it is connected; for your own systems, one is built during the project.

Custom apps

Some tasks need more than a chat window. Then a dedicated app is built inside the HUB – like the Meetings app.

Connected does not mean
open to everyone.

You decide which skill or workflow accesses which system and what it may do there.

  • Roles come from Active Directory, LDAP or SCIM
  • Every AI interaction is logged – per user, role, skill and workflow
  • No model training on your data – contractually excluded
